How refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes actually work for Khabri Seth Premium, processed through Razorpay.
Every article and most features on Khabri Seth are free to read. No payment is required to browse the site, and nothing in this policy affects that.
All payments for Khabri Seth Premium are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI, or bank details are handled directly by Razorpay. Khabri Seth doesn't receive or store your full payment credentials, only confirmation of successful payment.
A Premium subscription begins immediately once payment is successful, billed on whichever cycle you chose (monthly or annual), and renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or by emailing [email protected] directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep Premium access until then, and there's no cancellation fee.
Refund requests made within 7 days of the original purchase or a renewal charge will be reviewed individually. Requests outside that window, or for a billing period already substantially used, generally won't be refunded.
To request one, email [email protected] with your registered email address and a brief reason for the request. Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Razorpay, and typically reflect within 5-7 business days depending on your bank. I try to respond to requests within 3 business days.
One-time purchases, promotional offers, and gifted subscriptions aren't refundable, except where a purchase was made in error or a genuine technical issue prevented access to what was paid for.
If a payment fails but an amount was deducted, it's typically reversed automatically by Razorpay or your bank within a few business days. If that doesn't happen, contact me with your transaction details and I'll help sort it out.
